Card enhancements and chipboard tutorials.

06 March 2015: card enhancements and chipboard tutorials. Includes links to Freckled Fawn, Hip Kit Club, Jot Magazine, Big City Quiet and Jennifer McGuire.

This week on Radio Friday we’re linking to card enhancements and chipboard tutorials.  We have included a link to a digital photo enhancements, a surprise window card, styled up pocket cards, chipboard pieces tutorial and a pretty grey and pink layout. As always, a reminder about what Radio Friday is about:

Radio Friday is a selection of five links taken from our weekly newsletter PAPERCUT WEEKLY. If these links inspire you, intrigue you, or make you want more, think about signing up to the newsletter (link at the bottom of the post).

Let’s get it started!

ONE. Products aren’t usually featured in Radio Friday, however, these by Big City Quiet definitely appeal to the minimalist in me. Perfect to add to your photos that will sit in your pocket albums, but really, they’re just a nice finishing touch for any photo. (More releases from BCQ at the link as well.)

TWO. Jennifer McGuire creates the most amazing cards and they always have a video with them. This week, our favourite card was the surprise card — it’s a wrapped present all on its own!

THREE. Jot Magazine released their new issue this week and to top it off, they also had a blog post from Leanne Allinson styling up her own pocket page cards for the Back to School season.

FOUR. Hip Kit Club is prolific with their blog posting. Not that we mind. The trouble is its always hard to pick only two layouts to include in our newsletter! This week Amelie Mordret caught our eye with her amazingly pretty and soothingly calming pink and grey layout.

FIVE. Freckled Fawn have a beautiful embellishment kit club called OHDEERME. You’re probably seen it: each kit comes in a beautiful, reusable pouch. Anyway, this week CT member Megan gave us seven ways to add colour to chipboard. I can’t wait to try them!

That’s it for this week, so until next time… Don’t forget: you can sign up to Papercut Weekly at anytime. You’ll automatically start receiving the next one.

Reminder: our new class Stress Free Pockets is open for registration!
